One workflow for approved customer messaging

OTP messages

Submit OTP templates for approval and use the messaging API for your approved verification-message use case.

Transactional updates

Send approved transactional templates for customer updates. Use only the message category and content your template approval permits.

Promotional templates

Manage promotional templates separately and send only after the required approvals, phone verification and credit checks.

Scheduling and delivery reports

Use documented endpoints to schedule messages, manage scheduled sends and retrieve message delivery reports.

How to get started

  1. Create a Didloo business account and set up your business.
  2. Add your business phone number and complete the required verification and approvals.
  3. Prepare and submit the appropriate message templates.
  4. Manage API keys in the dashboard and integrate against the documented endpoints.

API keys are private credentials. Keep them on your server. Outgoing messaging is subject to the current credit rates, phone proof, approval and category requirements shown in your dashboard.

Business API and Business Web serve different needs

The Business API initiates approved OTP, transactional and promotional template messages. Business Web lets approved business phone identities handle customer-service replies within the configured reply window after a customer initiates contact. Login does not reopen that reply window.

Is this a WhatsApp Business API?

No. The WhatsApp Business API is a familiar reference for the idea of integrating business software with a messaging platform. Didloo provides its own independent messaging API for Didloo users. It is not a WhatsApp API provider, does not use WhatsApp transport and has no affiliation with WhatsApp or Meta.

Can I use the same number for personal and business accounts?

An app number must be intentionally deleted before it can be verified for Business use, and vice versa. Account history is not merged when changing account types. Review the current account requirements before proceeding.
